  • Product Information

    We endeavor to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.

    We endeavor to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error. We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavors to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention.

  • Order Confirmation

    KOKUYO will email the sales order confirmation within the day of purchase which will reflect the products purchased and the lead time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the product(s) purchased and lead time(s) are correct. KOKUYO will not be obligated to fulfill the order if there are any discrepancies after 48 hours from the time of order.

  • Warranty Period

  • Limitations And Exceptions

    Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your KOKUYO furniture is damaged by using chemical, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents.

    This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.

    The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.

    Any product modification by consumer or other parties not authorized by KOKUYO will void this limited warranty. This warranty does not cover items purchased as ‘Showroom Pieces’ at the time of purchase and products not purchased directly from KOKUYO.

    KOKUYO’s decision on all issues relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at KOKUYO’s sole discretion.

    Any item repaired or replaced under this Limited Warranty will be covered by the Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only. This warranty covers in respect of manufacturing defects detected within the warranty period, the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.

    In respect of manufacturing defects detected after warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labour charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the Purchaser.

  • Delivery

    We take pride in making our furniture and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe & hygiene transit and will be handled by team professionals. Once your order is received into our warehouse, you will be contacted to schedule the delivery to your convenience but subjected to available delivery slots. All orders are delivered during the following time slots Mon-Sat (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays

    Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.

  • Rescheduling of Delivery

    Customers may reschedule the delivery at least 3 working days (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Excluding Public Holidays) before the delivery date, subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For re-scheduling of delivery within 3 working days of agreed delivery.

  • Receiving Items

    On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the delivery team and noted on the delivery copy.

  • Delayed Delivery Due To Unforeseen Situations

    a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, KOKUYO reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.

    b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.

    c) KOKUYO shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by KOKUYO or to any comparison.

COVID-19 Protocols

Certainly! Our delivery team will be sanitizing the chairs with alcohol spray in order to ensure the cleanliness before delivering them to you. Face masks will be worn all the times and hand sanitizers will be applied as much as possible.

No, the assembly will be done at our warehouse and the chairs will be delivered directly to your place. If you have any concerns about other people getting into your personal areas, our delivery team may give you a call-in advance prior to dropping the chairs just outside of your place. In any case, please inform us of your preference prior to the delivery date so that we could make sure our delivery team may safely and properly deliver the chairs with your concerns in mind.

It is a monthly rental program which can be applied and canceled anytime at your convenience with the minimum required subscription fee.

  • Those who do not wish to make a big amount of investment at once through the purchase but would like to first experience comfort given by our well-designed chairs.
  • Those who would like to experience the functions of our ergo-friendly chairs at own desired period of time.
  • Those who would like to use the office chairs on a temporary basis.
  • Those who are unsure of moving plans or whose place of work is subject to change.

No, an official written form of contract is not required to be physically signed. Upon subscription, only your acceptance to our Terms and Conditions is generally required. For more details, please refer to our Terms of Subscription Service.

KOKUYO ing is currently the only model which is available under the program due to its distinctive functions, availability of colors and specifications.

Fee and period of apply for Subscription program

1,200 Baht per month (an average of 40 Baht per day). In the first time of applying to each product is subject to a minimum Subscription Fee of Baht 3,000. All Subscription Fees are inclusive of VAT.

The subscription term for all subscription contracts is 1 month. Customer agrees that each subscription fee will be automatically renewed until cancelled or terminated.

Delivery and pick-up

We provides the delivery and pick-up services of the subscribed Products to addresses in Bangkok and surrounding areas only.

No, the subscription fee includes the one-time delivery and pick-up service (to and from the Subscriber’s designated address)

We will endeavor to complete the delivery within 5 business days following the completion of the subscription form and relevant payments. You may schedule for the preferred delivery and pick-up appointment (From Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays). We will endeavor to accommodate your request and confirm the delivery or pick-up appointment in advance.

The assembly of the chair will be completed at our warehouse and it will be ready-for-use and directly delivered to you at your place.


Only credit cards are acceptable via online payment.

The Subscription Fee will be charged on a monthly basis per your selected payment method throughout the Subscription term.

The first payment will be charged immediately upon the completion of the subscription form. The ongoing payments will be charged on the calendar day corresponding to the delivery day. For example, if the subscription form is completed on 5th of January, and the subscribed chair is delivered on 10th of January, the first payment will be charged on 5th of January but the ongoing payments will be charged on every 10th date of the month thereafter, starting from 10th February.

Where the payment date cannot be on the calendar day of a month corresponding to the delivery day, the payment will be charged on the immediately available preceding date. For example, if the delivery date falls on 31st of March, then the next payment would be due on 30th of April.

If the selected payment method cannot be completed and is not remedied before the next billing cycle is due to be collected, Kokuyo Thailand shall be entitled to terminate the Subscription contract without prior notice or demand

Cleaning / Maintenance

In the event that the subscription term is renewed up to 6 months, we will inspect, clean and perform any necessary actions for the maintenance of the subscribed Product. We shall notify you at least 3 business days prior to such appointment.

We know that things happen and normal wear and tear is acceptable; although your good care of our chairs are highly appreciated. As a general rule, maintenance fees occurred from product normal use are already covered under the subscription program.

Although an additional charge will be applied, in any cases, you will never need to pay more than our official retail price for the subscribed chairs.

Modify / Upgrade / Cancel or Return

Please contact us via [email protected] or Line Official Account (@kokuyothailand) at least 3 business days prior to scheduled date. If the request is not made accordingly, the modification fee of 500 Baht per one time may be applied.

Please contact us via [email protected] or Line Official Account (@kokuyothailand) at least 5 business days prior to scheduled date. A processing fee will be charged at Baht 500 per product per time.
